At Comfortably Dumb, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy is designed to be simple and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene/safety reasons, these will be clearly marked as non-returnable at checkout.

2. Return/Exchange Process
To initiate a return, please log into your Comfortably Dumb website account or contact us at [customer care email].
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or guide you to ship the item back.
After inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund/exchange within 7–10 working days.

3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the original payment mode (credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) within 7–10 working days after product inspection.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit, as chosen by the customer.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or wrong item delivered.

4. Damaged/Defective/Wrong Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
In such cases, we will arrange a free return/exchange, and full refund including shipping charges will be provided if you do not wish to exchange.

5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
If an order is cancelled after dispatch or delivery is refused, standard return procedures will apply.
