Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We partner with trusted courier partner Shiprocket
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on factors beyond our control (such as courier delays, strikes, natural calamities, or local restrictions).
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders across India.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders, an additional fee is applicable to "cash handling" by the carrier partner.
5. Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.
6. Delays & Issues
While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen delays may occur.

In case of lost or undelivered shipments, we will either issue a full refund or resend the product at no additional cost, as per your preference.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
